From 18 to 21 November 2025, our project partner HaikuTech participated in Productronica 2025, the World’s Leading Trade Fair for Electronics Development and Production, held at the Messe München Trade Fair Center (Germany).
At their booth, HaikuTech presented the AI-based Microscopic Surface Inspection System, an advanced solution for high-resolution optical quality control of ceramic substrates and components. This system integrates machine vision and deep learning algorithms to automatically identify micro-defects, ensuring exceptional precision and repeatability in quality assurance.
Within the AMPS project, this technology plays a central role in improving the manufacturing process of Solid Oxide Cells (SOC). The inspection system enables real-time defect detection, helping to reduce waste, improve consistency, and enhance overall process automation, all key steps toward the project’s goal of cost-competitive and scalable SOC production.
The participation in Productronica 2025 provided a valuable opportunity for HaikuTech to present these advancements to a global audience of experts in advanced manufacturing, microelectronics, and clean energy technologies.
Congratulations to the HaikuTech team for their outstanding work and for representing the AMPS project at one of the most important international industry events of the year.
